One-on-one psychotherapy sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space that can allow you to explore, vent, find solutions and learn new strategies.
By striving to approach therapy with a curious and open mindset, we will work together to try to figure out what can help you to make lasting changes to improve your situation, and, ideally, thrive.
Therapy can help you address any number of issues, but here are some common ones we can discuss: ADHD, anxiety, managing stress, relationship difficulties (whether that’s with a partner, a friend or your family), sexuality and gender, parenting challenges, setting limits, assertiveness, self-esteem, or trauma.
I meet the CRPO criteria to be a clinical supervisor and offer individual supervision to Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and to those who are seeking additional supervision hours to apply for independent practice status.
I aim to provide a warm and non-judgemental space to discuss treatment approaches and process issues that are coming up for you.
Please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs and determine whether we would be a good fit.
